Ras launched the first shop in Sydney since 2024 - after years of honing his craft as a chef in the Turkish army. With over 15 years in hospitality, he brings discipline, warmth, and a deep respect for tradition to every dish. His kebabs quickly earned a loyal following — not just for their taste, but for the experience they delivered.
Cala joined the journey as a business partner and fellow chef, bringing his own Turkish kitchen expertise and creative flair. Together, Ras and Cala opened their second shop in Manila, blending their skills to create something truly special: a menu that’s bold, authentic, and unforgettable.
